Unless agreed upon otherwise, the business seat of the respective supplier shall be considered as the place of performance for product delivery as well as purchase price payments.

The standard products found in this Shop are usually delivered within a week. No written order confirmations are sent for standard articles. However, immediately after submitting an order an automatic electronic confirmation of your order will appear on your screen which we recommend that you print out for your records.

Any costs and/or risks for product deliveries to a location specified by the customer shall be borne by the customer. The supplier shall not take out transportation insurance unless specifically requested by the customer in writing. Any damaged or nonfunctioning products can only be returned in their original packaging (not unpacked) and in agreement with the respective supplier.

All prices are net and include sales tax, but exclude packaging and mailing costs, and are understood to be in the respective country currency of the supplier.

We will investigate and consider any complaints, provided these are received in writing no later than 5 days following receipt of the product(s). 
Any agreements signed with suppliers are subject to the respective law in the country where the supplier is domiciled. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be settled before a competent court of law in the venue of the supplier.
