JU-AIR
Over the past 25 years our passengers have most commonly asked the following questions:
| Customer: | I have heart problems. The Ju-52 has an unpressurized cabin, can I still fly in it? |
| JU-AIR: | This depends on:
|
| Customer: | Can my father fly despite the fact that he sits in a wheel chair? |
| JU-AIR: | Basically he can, provided his general state of health allows it. Please inform us of such special situations when you make your reservations so that the necessary aids can be made available to you. The wheel chair cannot be taken into the cabin, but your father will be carried to his seat. |
| Customer: | You say that a "sightseeing flight" lasts 40 minutes. Is this the time calculated from the moment of checking in, or does it represent pure flight time? |
| JU-AIR: | We are proud to say that we offer pure flight time, meaning that you are actually in the air 40 minutes. |
| Customer: | I don't tolerate machine noise very well. How is the noise level in the Ju-52? |
| JU-AIR: | Each passenger seat is equipped with individual earphones which not only protect against motor noise but also permits passengers to clearly hear all cockpit announcements. |

| AVIATION FLAB MUSEUM: | Of course. Film is available in our Souvenir Shop. And should one of your snapshots go awry, simply visit our website Photo Gallery to view and print out the desired picture. |
| Museum Visitor: | What is the minimum recommended age for children to visit the exhibit? |
| AVIATION FLAB MUSEUM: | Even very small visitors enjoy seeing the airplanes. However, we would appreciate it if parents made sure that only the appropriately marked objects are climbed on, for instance the P3 cockpit. |
| Museumsbesucher: | Are dogs allowed in the museum? |
| AVIATION FLAB MUSEUM: | No, unfortunately dogs and other animals are not allowed in the exhibit area, but of course dogs are allowed with their owners in our Restaurant Holding. |
| Museum Visitor: | Is the exhibit accessible to handicapped persons (e.g. people in wheel chairs)? |
| AVIATION FLAB MUSEUM: | Yes, even the toilets are also adapted for the disabled. |
| Museum Visitor: | Where can I change my baby's diapers? |
| AVIATION FLAB MUSEUM: | There is a diaper changing table in the ladies' toilet at the main entrance. |
